Florence: Shopping

Here are some of our favorite unique stores:

Fabriano- fun paper/leather good store.  Close to the Duomo

Sbigoli Terrecotte - beautiful terra cotta. On the way to Piazza Santa Croce, past the Duomo 

Failiero Sarti. - The MOST beautiful and unique scarves. A must!, just off via Tournabuoni

Farmacia Santa Maria Novella- oldest, famous farmacy with beautiful potpourri, sachets and soaps. Incredible building!

Pampaloni- beautiful silver.

Ottino- really nice leather bags, etc..Via Porto Rossa, 69r

Il Bissonte- Fabulous leather goods, a little more casual.  The store itself is beautiful! 

Alberto Cozzi- beautiful hand made Florentine paper goods. You can have anything custom made.  Be sure to watch the artisans making the paper in the back. 

The Ferragamo Mansion is a must see- headquarters to this famous Florentine family. The museum changes exhibits frequently. 

Aqua Flor- Beautiful perfume, home scents- gorgeous building! Be sure to stop by before/after visiting Sant Croce.

Of course, check out Via Tournabuoni - all of the high end fabulous Italian boutiques.

Central Market - first and second floors- Italian Food Court ( Eataly)- open until midnight.

Giannichiarini-  Really cute handbags at a great price!  I would have bought 3 bags, but didn’t have room to pack them…
